What is Best of ResQ and how do you get it?
Best of ResQ is an honorary title that we award to the top-rated ResQ venues. Simply put, it signifies exceptional quality to customers within ResQ Club! 💚
You earn the title when the products you offer receive a sufficient number of positive reviews from customers. The more feedback you get, the easier it is to achieve the Best of ResQ title. For example, if you have 30 reviews, it is significantly easier to earn the title than with only 10 reviews. However, you need at least 8 positive reviews to be eligible for Best of ResQ.
How does it appear to customers?
If your venue achieves this title, we will add a Best of ResQ badge next to your venue's name in the app, indicating exceptional product quality. 💚
Additionally, we will send you a certificate both as a physical print and as a digital file. We recommend using these certificates for marketing purposes both in your venue and on social media!
The physical certificate is sent only once a year, but the digital badge in the customer app is recalculated weekly.
When does the badge appear?
Best of ResQ values are calculated once a week, always during the night between Sunday and Monday. The calculation only considers feedback given in the last 2 months.
So, the badge will appear during the night between Sunday and Monday once the calculation is complete. 👏
The Best of ResQ title is always up-to-date, thanks to the weekly calculation. Even if you received less flattering feedback in the past, it will no longer be considered after two months.
