In a very rare occasion you might not get what you have ordered. Some reasons for this can be wrong opening hours of the restaurant or a miscalculation when publishing or handing out the offers. If you will receive an email telling that the restaurant or cafeteria has cancelled your order, your order will be automatically refunded.

If you're not getting the portion you ordered when you're at the restaurant, you can ask the restaurant to cancel and refund your order. If the restaurant has closed up earlier than what was said in your receipt, please contact our customer service.

Ps. It's good to have your phone number added to My information section of the app. This way the restaurant can contact you directly if a problem occurs.
