ResQ Club allows you to rescue surplus food from restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores, for about half the price. By surplus food we mean food that is delicious and perfectly edible but it is at risk of becoming waste.

You can rescue food affordably for e.g. dinner at home or an afternoon snack via our Android and iOS apps or our browser interface found at: https://resq-club.com/app

The main view of the ResQ app shows you a map and a list of offers nearby. Joining the service and browsing the offers is completely free, meaning you only pay for the food you rescue!

You can manually move on the map and check the current offers (green circles) and other sellers, or the so-called ResQ partners, who currently don't have active offers but have been selling recently (grey circles).

You can find most offers during weekday afternoons after lunch hours.

You can purchase offers easily by clicking on the individual offer and choosing the desired quantity to rescue. You can also add other offers from the same venue to your order and pay them all at once. You can only order surplus food by paying for offers directly with the app.

We support several payment methods such as debit and credit cards, MobilePay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. You can also pay your orders with ResQ credits, which can be purchased with the above-mentioned payment methods or with your online banking codes. Click here to see the additional payment methods we support in each country.

Once you have purchased an offer, you can pick it up as take away within the time frame specified in the offer details. When you pick up your offer, mention your name and show the receipt of your order either in your app ("My orders") or in your email.

ResQ is a take away service so we don't have home delivery or courier service.

Please note, that most of the ResQ food has been cooled for storing, so be prepared to reheat it before eating!

That’s it! Welcome to the club.
