Reviews in ResQ

This article explains how reviews work in the ResQ app and who sees them.

After each purchase you make in ResQ, we ask for your feedback.

Once the order has been marked as picked up by the seller, or the pick-up time has ended, a feedback popup will appear in ResQ Club's app feed.

If you happen to miss the popup, you can also review your purchases from the My orders section in the menu later on!


How to review? ๐Ÿฅธ

You can choose from three review options:

  • ๐Ÿ˜Š Good

  • ๐Ÿ˜ Okay

  • ๐Ÿ˜ž Bad

When you select one of these options, a new view will open. In this view, we ask for more details about your experience to get a deeper understanding of it!

Options in this view vary based on your first choice (which you can still change at this point). For example, if you choose "good", we want to know what was particularly good. You can tell us by choosing from the multiple options โ€“ you can choose as many options as you want!

You can also write additional comments to the field below. These are especially helpful for the sellers receiving the reviews: with your feedback, they can improve their service and products!


Who sees the reviews? ๐Ÿง

We want to emphasize right away that all ratings and feedback are anonymous to sellers. The seller and other customers cannot see who submitted the review.

Only the overall ratings given to the seller on the good-ok-bad scale are automatically visible in the app to all users and the seller.

Additional comments (i.e., any extra details you write alongside your feedback) are not automatically visible to others, but the seller can see written feedback directed at them. However, when leaving feedback, you can choose to allow the seller to publish your comment for others to see as well (still anonymously), if you wish.

Additionally, the ResQ customer support team can see the feedback you provide. This is important for quality control. We can see your purchase details along with your information when reviewing feedback, so we can contact you if further clarification is needed or if something has gone seriously wrong with your order.

However, we want to mention that we receive thousands of feedback entries daily, and we are unable to read each one. If you believe your feedback requires our attention, please reach out to us directly!


Why giving a review is important? ๐Ÿ’š

Rating your orders helps you and other ResQ users find the best sellers on ResQ Club!

Ratings directly impact the sellerโ€™s score in the ResQ app โ€“ you can always see the sellerโ€™s rating in the app.

The sellerโ€™s rating is calculated based on all reviews given within the last two months, ensuring that the rating remains up-to-date and reliable!

Based on these reviews we also reward our best ResQ partners with a Best of ResQ certificate that can be seen in the app next to the sellers' name.


I can't see any reviews for a seller โ€“ why is that?

Reviews become visible only after the seller has received at least 5 ratings. If the seller is relatively new to ResQ, it's likely they just havenโ€™t received enough reviews yet to display them in the app. ๐Ÿ‘

Help them out by leaving a review for your purchase โ€“ this way, others can see what customers think about their orders! ๐Ÿคฉ
