Pick-up time

When making the offer, you can set the time window when customers can come pick up their orders. This is communicated to the customers in the app and they can arrive at any time during this time frame.

Order and pickup times are always set when creating an offer. If you use offer templates, the order and pickup times may already be defined for the offer, but you can also modify these before publishing if necessary. ⤵️

A longer pick up time often results in a higher sales percentage, but it also requires a smart solution for safely storing portions, when selling food. If there is surplus from ingredients at your venue, remember that the food should be prepared before the customer arrives to pick up their order.

Customer didn't pick up their order during the pick up time?

It is the customer's responsibility to pick up their order. Therefore, if the customer does not collect their order within the specified timeframe, you are not required to keep the product for longer. However, in the name of good service, we recommend contacting the customer as the closing time approaches, if their contact details are visible on the orders view!
