Is your venue's owner changing?

Read these instructions if you are the new (or leaving) owner of a venue and you're wondering how to continue selling surplus on our service

Updated over a year ago

We are of course delighted and grateful when new owners want to continue selling surplus goods and having a positive impact with ResQ!

NB! We do not advise that you change any information in the settings of your current partner account. For account safety reasons, a new partner account always needs to be created for the new owner. We also need to ensure that the information gets updated correctly, especially in terms of you having the ability to receive payouts for your monthly ResQ sales share and to be compliant with prevailing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, regulation and requirements set by governments and followed by payment institutions. You can read more about Know-Your-Business (KYB) and AML here.

Please, follow these steps before selling surplus goods under new ownership at your venue:

Contact us by e-mail at info@resq-club.com or by phone at +358 9 74791418. You can also contact our customer support via chat (in the app).

  • Inform us when the change of ownership takes place, preferably in advance.

  • We need to know the following details of the new owner’s venue (if you would like to continue selling surplus goods with ResQ Club or if the owner change has already happened):

    • Venue’s new name

    • Venue’s new address

    • New public phone number (visible to customers)

    • New partner account's email address

We will then create a new account for the new partner, who will need to provide their company details and complete strong authentication of bank account details as part of the onboarding process. This way we make sure that payouts for the monthly ResQ sales are paid to the correctly authorized bank account and recipient.
