For the foods and products sold on ResQ, you as a seller can decide whether customers can enjoy their rescued products on-site or if you sell the surplus products only as takeaway.

We do not require anyone to offer this possibility, but some sellers want to provide it as an additional service. This could also bring you additional sales, for example, if a customer who rescues a surplus pastry also buys a coffee on-site! 😊

Most often, ResQ customers pick up the products as takeaway, so please note that the products should also be available for takeaway if the customer prefers so.

If you want to give customers the option to stay and enjoy their rescued products on-site, it’s a good idea to add this information to your venue's description.
