Just download the app, register and you are ready to go!
Joining ResQ is completely free, so you only pay for the products you save.
How to check what is available?
When you open the app, you'll see a map and a list of products available for you to rescue!
You can move around the map to your desired location and check the current products available (green circles).
Also on the map, you can see the sellers who are using ResQ to sell their surplus, but they don't have any products available right now (grey circles).
How to rescue a product?
Great, so you found something interesting! Please note that ResQ products can only be ordered through the app, so it's not possible to purchase these offers on-site.
You can purchase it by clicking on the offer in the list. Next, you’ll see the “offer view,” which shows additional details about the selected offer, such as the seller’s name and address, as well as the order and pickup times and the offer's price.
If there are multiple offers available, you can choose the quantity you want to rescue.
Then you can proceed by pressing the “Add to order” button. You are now directed to review your cart.
You can also add other products from the same seller to your order and pay for everything at once. You can do this by tapping "Add more items to your order", which opens the list of the offers that are available from the same seller. Adding more products is done like instructed above.
When you've added all the products to your cart which you want to rescue, proceed from the cart by tapping 'Place an order'.
Note! Products are reserved for you for 1 minute after you add them to your cart. If the purchase is not completed within this time, your cart will expire, and the products will become available for other customers again.

❗️ Please note that ResQ offers are always paid through the app; reserving an order in the app and paying it on-site at pickup, is not possible.
Once you’ve completed the payment, your order is placed and the rescued products will be waiting for you! Next, let’s go over how to pick up your order.
How to pick up my order?
You can pick up your ordered products at a time that suits you, but within the pickup time specified in the offer.
The pickup time is always indicated in the offer details before making the purchase. It's also visible on the receipt sent to you after making the purchase, and in the ResQ Club app.
When picking up your order, mention your name and show your order receipt either from the app (Order history) or from your email.
❗️ Please note that ResQ products must be picked up on-site; home delivery is not available for these products.
