Creating a ResQ account and logging in

In this article, you’ll find more information on how to log in to ResQ, as well as help with logging in and troubleshooting login issues.

Registration methods

You can create a ResQ account using the following options:

  • Email address

  • Google Sign-In

  • Apple Sign-In (only on iOS)

  • Facebook Sign-In


How to register?

To register with an email address


Fill in your email address and desired password in the fields shown on the first screen of the app.

Once you’ve done this, tap 'Sign Up'. You’re now logged in with your newly created ResQ account! 🚀

To register with other methods


Tap the icon for your preferred login method on the first screen, under the 'Or login with' text. Next, you’ll be directed to Google’s/Apple’s/Facebook’s login flow, where you’ll register using your credentials for the chosen service.

After successfully entering your credentials, your registration is complete! You are now logged in and ready to use ResQ. 🚀


Logging in

A simple rule: log in with the same method you used to register! Unfortunately, if login methods are mixed, logging in may fail.

I managed to log in, but my order history and/or credits are gone?

It's likely that you've created a fully new account instead of logging in to your existing account. This happens quite often, so don't worry – we'll help you out!

If you are unable to recall what was your initial login method to the account you tried to access, please contact our customer support (chat on the down-right corner or email at info@resq-club.com).

I get an error message saying that email is already in use

Usually, the case is that either...

  1. you registered using Facebook login, and you’re now trying to log in with your email. If you think this might be the case, please try logging in with the Facebook sign-in method instead.

  2. you’re actually trying to register with an email address that’s already registered with ResQ, instead of logging in. If you think this might be the reason behind the error, enter your email and password, then tap 'Log In' instead of 'Sign Up'.

I forgot my password

If you've registered to ResQ Club using your email address, here's how to reset your password:

  1. In the login view, tap 'Log in with email'

  2. Tap 'Forgot password?'

  3. Submit the email address you registered with and tap the 'Continue' button

  4. Follow the instructions sent to your email to set a new password

  5. Log in using your email address and your new password

Do I always need to log in with the same method I registered with?

There are a few exceptions, actually!

  • When the account was created with Facebook Login, you can log in with Google Sign-In as well, if the accounts have the same email address

  • When the account was created with an email address, you can log in with Google Sign-In, using the same email address
