Under the 'Me' tab in the app, just tap 'ResQ credits' right below your name. 🙌 You'll then be able to choose the amount of credits you wish to purchase from the dropdown menu.
Once you tap the 'Proceed to checkout' button, you can choose your preferred payment method from the available options – and then just finalize the payment!
The credits will be added to your account automatically. 🤗 You can view your credit balance in the field shown in the screenshot below.

You can add your discount code in the app under the 'Me' tab by tapping 'ResQ codes'.
Once you enter a code that gives you ResQ credits, the credits will be added to your profile automatically. 🤗

If you have active credit balance on your profile, you can see it in the app under the 'Me' tab, right next to 'ResQ credits' – just like in the screenshot below. 😊

You can use your credits to pay for your order by toggling on the switch shown in the screenshot below. 🔽
In that same spot, you’ll also see your current credit balance and how much of it will be used for this purchase. Handy, right? 😏
💡 If your credit balance isn’t enough to cover the full amount, you’ll simply choose a payment method for the remaining part of your order.

If any credit balance hasn’t been used in 1 year, it will expire.
Basically, as long as you use any of your credit balance during the year, i.e. keeping your credit account active, your credits will not expire. 🙏

Uh-oh, sorry to hear that! This usually happens when a new account is accidentally created instead of logging in to your existing one.
If you think that might be the case, double-check your login details and try signing in to your original profile – that’s where your good old credits are most likely waiting! 💆
