Let's begin with the basics! There are two different types of codes in ResQ:
Discount codes – when you get e.g. a 50 % discount on the offer's price
Credit codes – that add ResQ credits to your account, and you can use them to pay for orders.

Both types of codes can be activated by inserting the code in the "ResQ codes" section, found under "Me" tab in the app.
Submit your code to the field and tap "Add code" button to redeem your code.

If you submitted a DISCOUNT CODE, it will be used automatically for your next purchase.
If you added a CREDIT CODE, it will add credits to your ResQ account, and can be chosen as a payment method when making any purchase.

Some of the codes have an expiration date, yes. You can see the expiration date and the description of the discount in "Me" tab -> ResQ Codes -> My ResQ codes.

If you’ve received a discount code from us, for example via a campaign message, the discount has automatically been added to your account. It will be applied to your next purchase, and you’ll see it automatically before you pay for your order.
You can find the exact terms of the discount in the message you received.
If the discount still doesn’t appear before payment, there could be a few reasons:
The discount has expired. You’ll find the validity period in the message you received.
The discount has been added to a different account than the one you’re currently logged into. Discount code emails are always sent to the email address linked to the eligible account.
So please make sure you’re logged in with the same account that received the discount information. Discounts can’t be transferred between accounts.
