How do the gift cards work?
After you've purchased the gift card through the app, we’ll email you a gift code that you can send directly to the recipient or write on a gift card yourself. 💝
Gift card gives the receiver ResQ credits that can be redeemed in ResQ Club app. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
How to buy a gift card?
You can buy a gift card to the app once you have a ResQ account. 🙏
First, under the 'Me' tab in the app, tap 'ResQ credits' right below your name.
Next, at the bottom of the prompted view, you'll see a button labeled 'Buy credits as a gift'. After tapping it, you'll be able to choose the amount of credits you wish to purchase. 🙌
Once you tap the 'Proceed to checkout' button, you can choose your preferred payment method from the available options – and then just finalize the payment!
After a successful payment, we'll send a gift code to the email address linked to your ResQ account. You'll see this email address in the prompted view before finalizing your purchase. 📬
You can share the code with the recipient via WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or email. There's also a gift card PDF attached for easy printing in case you want to give the gift offline! 🤗
Once the recipient enters the code in the app, the credits are added to their account.
