How can I pay orders in ResQ?

How to add payment card information, including a list of all the different payment methods you can use to buy products through ResQ.

Please note that ResQ orders are always paid in the app, and cannot be paid at the venue when you pick up your order.

Once you've found the offer you want to purchase, it's yours to pick up after you've successfully finished the order with the payment. πŸ™Œ

How to pay?

The payment method is chosen from the available options (listed in the section "Available payment methods by country") once you've added the products to the cart and proceed in to finalizing your order.

The payment flow from there depends on the payment method you've chosen: please follow the instructions you're given by the flow visible in the app to finalize your payment.

Once your payment is finalized and successful, your order is ready for you to pick up within the informed pickup times! 🀩

Saving your bank card info to your profile

You can save your bank card or cards to your ResQ app profile to make future payments even smoother!

To do this, open the 'Me' tab in the app, select 'Payment cards', and then tap '+ View or add payment cards'.

Once you've successfully filled in your bank card details in the prompted view, you won’t need to manually enter your card information the next time you make a purchase!

You can save as many cards as you like. If you have multiple cards saved on your profile, simply select the one you want to use for each order from the list in the cart.
