💡 Note that templates are not available in all of the older versions of the mobile app. Make sure to update to the latest version here for Android or here for iOS.

You can manage templates on the web browser application if you use an older version - read more instructions here.

How to create and manage offer templates on mobile apps

Follow these steps to create templates:

  • In the app, there is a new Templates tab in the bottom left corner. Select “Templates” to see all your templates and to create new templates.

  • Create a new template by clicking the “+” symbol on the top left corner.

  • Include at least a title and price (per unit) to be able to continue and save the template.

  • Adding a description is always useful for customers and you can also add a picture of the product directly to the template by clicking on the camera symbol. Learn more here, if you want to use the smart pricing option.

  • Click “Next” and then choose which product type fits best for your offer: meal, snack, dessert, ingredients, flowers/plants, home/cosmetics or groceries.

  • You can choose tags for dietary fit, main ingredients, cuisine, and other relevant information. Adding these will help the customer get more detailed information about your offer!

  • When you're ready, click “Save and close” to save the template for future use.

Searching, editing, and deleting templates

In the Templates view, you’ll be able to see all of the templates that you’ve created in the past. Finding the right ones is quick and easy with the search bar on top of the page. Just start typing and the templates with matching names will pop up. You can also sort the templates either alphabetically or by most often used first.

To edit a template, click the three dots on the right side of the template. The view is similar to when creating a template. You’ll be able to edit any details: title, price, picture, description, and smart pricing option in addition to product type and tags.

To switch between the basic information view and tags view, you need to swipe the screen to the left or to the right (iOS) or click "Continue" (Android). Finally, click “Save and close” at the bottom of the page.

To completely delete a template, click on the three dots in the Templates view and click “Delete template”. The app will ask you for a confirmation to delete.

Congratulations, you’ve now created templates! To learn how to publish offers, read more in this article.
