You can publish offers in two main ways:
from the Offers view or
the Templates view
NOTE! templates are only available in the updated version of the app. You don’t need to have existing templates to publish offers — you can also create offers from scratch through the Offers view.
💡 Note that it’s not possible to publish multiple offers at once with all of the older versions of the mobile app.
Please confirm that you are using the latest version of ResQ Partner app! You can update to the latest version here for Android or here for iOS.
Here’s how to start from the Offers view with a completely new offer:
Choose “Offers” at the bottom of the page and click on the “New offer” button.
Choose an existing template OR create a new offer from scratch. Let’s make a new offer by clicking “Create new offer”.
Add at least the title and the price, as well as the quantity of the products.
You can add a picture as well as a description. These are important for customers!
Click “Next” and choose the product type and any relevant tags.
On the bottom of the page you can optionally turn the switch if you want to save the offer as a template for future use.
When you’re ready, click “Done”.

Follow these steps to publish multiple offers
If you want to add more offers to be published at the same time, click “Add more” in the Schedule & Publish view.
You have the choice to go with completely new offers (follow the process described above) or to select from existing templates. Jump here to find out how to create and manage templates on mobile.
This time, let’s use the existing templates. Click “Select from templates” to access the full list of templates you’ve created before.
You can use the search bar to find specific templates in addition to browsing the templates, and then add as many templates as you like.
To add templates to your Schedule & Publish view, select all templates that you wish by clicking the selection button on the left and then click “Add [number of] offers” at the bottom of the page.
You can adjust individual offers before publishing if needed. Click on the offer name, edit the offer, and click “Done”. Next, adjust the right quantities by clicking on the “+” and “-” symbols.
Before continuing, check the date as well as order and pick-up times for your offer. You can schedule your offers for a maximum of one week in advance. The order and pick-up times are suggested based on your settings, but you can always edit those before publishing as well.
When you’re happy with your offers and sales times, click “Continue” and review the summary. If you need to edit something, you can go back by clicking the arrow symbol on the top left corner or by clicking on an individual offer name to edit.
Finally, slide the green bar to the right at the bottom of the page to publish offers. Active offers are listed on the Offers view, and by clicking on individual offers, you can edit or remove them.
Another way to publish multiple offers is to go directly to the Templates view and select as many templates as you wish to publish. When you’ve selected the templates, click “Schedule and publish [number of] offers” at the bottom of the page.
From here on, you can follow the instructions above and add, edit, or delete offers before publishing. Note that templates are only available in the updated version of the app.
