What to do when customers pick up their orders?

When a customer makes an order, we make sure you know about it instantly. New orders appear in the Orders view as a list.

For each order you can see the name of the customer and the name and quantity of the offer they’ve purchased.

All incoming orders are already paid in the app.


Here's what to do when the customer walks in to fetch their order:

  1. Ask their name (and check the receipt or order confirmation in the app)

  2. Check the name in the orders list

  3. Give the customer their order

  4. Note that a customer may have placed multiple different orders, so make sure they get everything they've ordered.


What does the order confirmation in the app look like?

Can another person pick up the order on someone's behalf?

Yes, this is possible! In this case, the person picking up the order must show the exact same order confirmation or receipt of the purchase as the initial buyer. 😊


Any confusion?

If there's anything unclear regarding the customer's name or ordered portions, you can always ask them to show you the receipt of their purchase. That way you can be sure that the right person is picking up the portions. If the customer has a receipt, but the order does not appear in the Orders section, you should update the Orders page.
