Once you have placed an order through ResQ, you will receive a receipt of your order per email and you can also see your order confirmation in the My orders section of the app.

You need to pick up the order within the specified pickup time shown in every offer. When picking up the order you can either show the receipt or your order confirmation from the My orders section of the app. Sometimes it's enough to just tell your name and what you have ordered to receive your food (as long as you have added your name in the app's My information section).

NB! Always be prepared to show your order confirmation as proof of your purchase.
