What condition are the flowers and plants sold at ResQ in?

Learn about ResQ's surplus flowers and plants: imperfect but still delightful!

Updated over a year ago

Simplified: it is good to note that they are surplus or somehow flawed, but can still bring you joy! πŸ™

Just like with food, the plants and flowers in ResQ are surplus or somehow flawed to be sold at their original price. This means that they may be past prime selling time, seasonal surplus, or slightly damaged, but still capable to bring you joy.

How do I know the condition of the product?

We ask all ResQ locations selling flowers and plants to take a picture of the product for the offer, as this helps our customers make more accurate purchases through our service!

✨ By reviewing the offer in the ResQ app, you will find additional information about the condition of the product. If you want to ask for more detailed information about the condition, you can always call the location that made the offer before making a purchase.

Shelf life of the ResQ'd flowers

When it comes to flowers (especially bouquets), it is important to note that their shelf life varies quite a lot. So, it is possible that your rescued bouquet will delight you only for a few days, or maybe with special care, you are able to make it flourish for several!

What if I'd be unsatisfied with the condition?

At ResQ, we aim to reduce waste. Contact us if the flower or plant you rescued...

  • ...is fully or partially rotten

  • ...is fully wilted

    • If it's partially wilted, we are optimistic that if you are able to remove the bad part of it, you can still derive some joy from it! Please contact us if the condition doesn't match the offer description.

  • ...is otherwise in poor condition that revival seems unlikely

πŸ’‘ If your purchase was somehow dissatisfying, please contact our customer support via chat or email info@resq-club.com.
