You can create a ResQ account using the following options:
Email address
Google Sign-In
Apple Sign-In (only on iOS)
Click on "Log in" in the menu and choose from the options which one you'd like to register with. Please note that with the iOS app you need to click "More login options" to see Facebook Login and Google Sign-In. After this simple sign-up, you're ready to move on to the next step - adding your payment method.
Please note that you need to log in with the same option you used to register your account. If login methods are mixed the login might fail. Usually, the case is that you've registered using e.g. Facebook login and when you are trying to log in with your email, the error message tells you that the email is already in use. If you log in using a new sign-in option, the app will create a completely new ResQ account.
However, there are a few exceptions to the rule when logging in with different log-in methods works:
When the account was created with Facebook Login and you log in with Google Sign-In (and the accounts have the same email address)
When the account was created with an email address and you log in with Google Sign-In using the same email
