It's unfortunate if you want to delete your account from ResQ. We hope to see you back later!
We want to remind you that deleting your account is final, meaning that if you wish to return to using ResQ after deletion, it will not be possible to restore your old data and purchases. However, you can create a new account at any time!
How to delete your account
Open the ResQ app and go to Settings -> My Information.
At the bottom of the page, there is a red text 'Delete account.' Click this.
Next, you will be asked to confirm the deletion of your account. First, accept both requested points.
Then, swipe the red button to finalize the deletion of your account.
Your account has now been deleted!
Deleting Personal Data
When you delete your user account, all personal data associated with your account will be removed from ResQ Club's registers and systems.
As the data controller, however, we have an obligation to retain the data required by law, which will be pseudonymized where necessary.
