How do I block a venue?

In some situations, you might want to hide certain venues from appearing on your ResQ offers list and map. This is what we call 'blocking'. 🚫

In this article, we’ll guide you on how to do this and how to edit your blocked venues when needed.

Select the venue you want to block from the map, either by tapping a map pin or using keywords within the map area. This will open the venue's "details card."

At the bottom of the card, you will see the 'Block venue' button (circled in green in the screenshot below). By tapping this button, you will block the selected venue.

You can see all the venues you have blocked under the 'Me' tab, in the 'Blocked venues' section.

If you wish, you can also remove a venue from the blocked list from the same place.
