Problems with order pickup
These rare problem cases can usually be divided into three categories:
You received the wrong product
The venue was closed when you got there
Your order was no longer available
When one of these situations happens, please report your problem directly in the app. The problem reports are prioritized by our customer support team to make sure these situations will be solved as soon as possible.
If your problem doesn't match the reasons above, we recommend leaving a review of your order instead.
Here’s how you can file a problem report:

If you purchase food that turns out to be inedible (which happens only rarely), we want to hear about it for two reasons:

You can report inedible food this way:
After sending your review, our customer support team will get back to you as soon as possible, or on the next day during weekdays at the latest.
The product date has already passed
The product date has already passed
Is it a 'best before' date or a 'best before' date?
There is a simple rule: according to the Food Authority's guidelines, products that have passed their 'best before' date can be sold, as they are usually still usable a good while after the date! The best way to check the usefulness of products is to look, smell and taste them.
In turn, products that have passed their expiry date should not be sold or eaten after the marked date.
So if you have received an unusable 'best before' date OR a product that has passed its expiry date, please report it in the app via the order review box as shown in the image below:
