What do I do if I'm not happy with my order?

This article tells you how to proceed if your order didn't meet your expectations.

We hope that all products you order through ResQ are good and bring you joy! πŸ’š

However, if you feel like you weren't satisfied with the order, you can review your order in the main feed or in the My orders section of the app.

All reviews are anonymously shown to the seller in question. The combined reviews' percentages are shown publicly in the app for each ResQ partner. Reviewing orders will help our sellers improve their offerings/services in the future. ResQ's customer support team might also reach out to you regarding details of your review.

In problem situations (for example when you didn't receive your order or the venue was closed) we encourage you to file a problem report in the My orders section of the app.Β
