Once you've given a bad review or filed a problem report regarding your order, ResQ’s customer support team will reach out to you so we can resolve the issue together.
The seller can see your review and any additional comments you may have given, but always anonymously. Only ResQ can see who submitted the feedback, so we can contact you to resolve the inconveniences together with you!
When necessary, we discuss your feedback with the seller. This helps ensure that similar unpleasant experiences and issues can be avoided in the future. 🤗
